Welcome 2020! The New Year at EF Swara Group kicks off with a roundup meeting of the Center Directors (CD), held in the Head Office in Alam Sutera. Alongside them, the CD Coordinators, Sales Manager, as well as the HR Manager were also present to discuss various subjects across the managerial level of the Centers.

The meeting served as a mean to reiterate & refocus the aim set upon the Center Directors coming in the New Year. It was also held to concisely present them with a clear guidance & support from both the HR and Sales Department as well. The meeting then went into an exchange of information, materials, and feedback from multiple sources depending on who was presenting them.

This meeting is held periodically at the Head Office as a mean to establish direct and comprehensive way of communicating between the Centres and the Management team. It plays a vital role in the growth of each Centre individually and ultimately in the growth of EF Swara Group as a whole.
